MWWA International Women’s Day event 2017
For Many years, MWWA has been actively working towards empowering Muslim women by means of education and training. Our aim remains to assist migrant women to be active, effective and productive participants of their local and wider community. This in turn will pave the way for them to become leaders and attain high achievements.
In line with our aim, MWWA is delighted to announce the 2017 International Women’s Day event to celebrate the achievements of women from our community.
So, Join the Muslim Women’s Welfare of Australia for its annual International Women’s Day lunch on Saturday the 25th of March. There is an exciting program lined up for the day, so keep an eye out on MWWA’s Facebook page for more details. Our guest of honour will Mrs Omneya Nagm, the wife of the ambassador of Egypt Mr Mohamed Khairat.
